Pieter Feenstra

CEO

Qualification: B.Sc Engineering (Civil). MBA

Pieter’s career commenced as a consulting structural engineer. He was also the founder of TFMC which is nationwide and has regional offices in all provinces. Pieter formed the Feenstra Group which focuses on Commercial, Student accommodation, Inner city and Residential real estate development. The Feenstra Group has won a number of international and South African awards.

Johann Du Plessis

Director: Developments

Qualification: Bachelor of Military Science (BMil)

An experienced property professional with 18 years in the industry, Johann has a proven track record in marketing, development, and project management. Starting his career at Feenstra Group, Johann has demonstrated consistent growth and now serves as the Director of Developments. His expertise lies in property development strategy, stakeholder management, and delivering large-scale projects, aligning with Feenstra Group’s commitment to quality and innovation.

Adel Human

Director: Finance & Property Management

Qualification: B-Com in Financial Accounting

Adel Human began her professional journey with Feenstra Group in 2011 as a Financial Manager. Her exceptional skill and dedication propelled her to the role of Financial Director. In 2020, Adel expanded her responsibilities by taking on the leadership of the property management division. Currently, she oversees the strategic financial and property management operations of Feenstra Group. With 14 years of experience in the property industry, Adel continues to play a pivotal role in driving the company’s success.
